Brandon Little is the founder and principal health physicist for Amalgamate Solutions, LLC. With over 25 years of experience spanning radiation safety, environmental health & safety, project management, and digital transformations in radiation safety, Brandon brings a rare blend of technical depth and strategic vision to highly regulated industries.
He is a Board-Certified Health Physicist, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Systems Security Certified Practioner (SSCP). Brandon’s background includes hands-on work with nuclear fuel cycle, decommissioning, industrial applications to radiation, nuclear operations, and IT security and infrastructure — all of which inform Amalgamate’s forward-thinking approach to well rounded compliance and training.
Known for his passion for problem-solving and his distaste for the phrase “that’s how we’ve always done it,” Brandon is driven to modernize outdated workflows and help clients transform compliance burdens into strategic advantages. His leadership combines regulatory expertise with digital fluency, allowing Amalgamate Solutions to deliver impactful, efficient, and audit-ready solutions across sectors.
Brandon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusett’s Isenberg School of Management, a Bachor’s degree in Physics and Math from East Tennessee State University, and an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys traveling with his wife and four children, playing games, and testing his hand a new culinary dishes.
